TURBO VENTS
Turbine vents are a specific type of roof vent that uses the force of external air to create an air flow.
Turbo vents are comprised of a dome-shaped vent that rotates horizontally. Because there is no motor, the blades are propelled by external surface air and by air rising up through the turbine.
There is no need to be concerned about rust, because turbine vents are usually fabricated from galvanized steel or aluminum. They are available in every color to help minimize the visual impact on the aesthetic appearance of the building.
Turbo vents are known as passive ventilation systems, meaning that they are powered by the air, and they don’t require any additional electrical power. Turbo vents are also less noisy than most other types of vents.
